Personal Statement

I work with persons in transition. I focus on how to increase your awareness of where you would like to go with your life which can be informed by your dreams and desires as well as the past experience. There are many things that can prevent us from becoming who we want to be, including a depressed mood or anxiety or a feeling of disconnection.

I work with you to help you you find the way through the challenging time or transition you are experiencing. I can help you find the way through the confusion or anxiety or sadness that may be overwhelming you or getting in the way.
