Personal Statement

I am passionate about the power of healthy attachment and its relationship with one’s well-being. I embody an attachment-focused approach, in which the individual experiences healing through not only the process of the therapy context and activities themselves, but through the client – therapist therapeutic relationship itself. In our work together, I can support you along a journey of inner healing, to become the more authentic self you desire to be. I work with people seeking to get to know themselves better, listen to themselves, and live the lives they have always intended and desired.

In addition to attachment focused, I am trained in EMDR a powerful evidence based therapy. I also implement process therapy, inviting the client to notice what is happening within them now, accept it, which frees up space and openness for healing and natural change.

I have specialized training for teaching Parenting By Connection, from Hand in Hand Parenting, an approach focused on building connection with your children and providing opportunities for parents to become more conscious and free up space for growth and change in their interactions with their children.
