Do you feel as if something is holding you back? Would you like to make a great change but are unsure how to begin your journey of renewal? Whatever the purpose behind your frustration or confusion, know that counseling is a great way to gain clarity and find a new perspective to meet your goals.

I provide individual and group therapy to help alleviate stress, provide balance, and treat many mental health issues. Because I am a former military spouse, I recognize the tremendous strain this lifestyle can have on individuals and their families. Not only can I provide therapy for trauma and PTSD, but I also offer services to treat depression, anxiety, addiction, emotional disturbance, mood disorders, and other dual diagnoses. I also work to guide people through peer relationship issues, self-esteem issues, divorce, grief, and codependency.

In addition to these services, I also offer clients the power of Reiki—a holistic healing technique that utilizes your personal energy to find relaxation, balance, emotional breakthrough, and improved immune functioning. Related to this is my Self-Care Group, which focuses on educating members about maintaining wellness and self-preservation.
