Personal Statement

The focus of my practice and philosophy is transitions. Humans are constantly evolving—we transition from birth to death through a series of transformations. We are born, and we become children, teenagers, and adults. We transition from being a single person to someone in a partnership, and then sometimes back into singlehood. We work, retire, and many of us grow old. We change, and sometimes we don’t change gracefully. Each transition will be different for each individual—some will do so with ease, while others may struggle with the new path. Either way, I am passionate about being there for you through any of life’s challenging transformations.

Working from experience, educational and professional training, and my own Christian roots, I work to help individuals adapt through personal growth, empowerment, and a unique spiritual path. I provide individualized counseling, depending on needs, experience, and traits. I work with children (ages 6 to 10), adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
