The decision to go for therapy can be a frightening one and a daunting one. After all you are already in a place in your life when you have been hurt or your life is just not going along as you would wish, Now you have to reach out to another person for help. You might be the type of person who doesn’t ask for help. However the fact that you are reading this is the first giant step to improving your life .
I have more than 20 years experience in working with issues concerning anxiety, depression, grief ,loss and PTSD. I am skilled and trained in several different treatment approaches which allows me the ability to develop a treatment plan that is based allows us to work at your pace. This is a client centered approach. You are unique and your treatment should be designed with that in mind. After all who knows you better than you.
We will meet in my office were you will find a nurturing, empathic and supportive environment. Trust and honesty are essential to building our therapeutic relationship. It is this relationship that essential for successful therapy. Thru this relationship I will help you understand and develop new insights and coping skills which will encourage you to live a happier, more productive and authentic life.
