Personal Statement

I am a solution-focused therapist, who serves families, couples, and individuals (adolescents and adults). The objective of my practice is to ensure each client receives individualized care and support to work through concerns and psychological issues. I offer a secure and comfortable environment to share concerns and feelings, from which I can provide practical and objective feedback. Clarification, goal-setting, and strategies for personal growth may lead to healing and peace.

Whether you have an immediate concern, may be transitioning in life, or have a longstanding issue you have struggled with, I can help. I provide treatment for a host of issues, using a variety of complementary methods and techniques. Areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship problems, medical and health concerns, grief and loss, work and career issues, stress management, addiction and recovery, parenting and family issues, and conflict resolution. I can also provide substance abuse professional evaluations.

With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual.
