Personal Statement

If you or your child are experiencing a time of transition and challenge in life it's normal to feel discouraged and even a little lost. Counseling with me can help you connect to all the strength, hope and clarity you have inside of yourself. I provide a warm and encouraging environment that includes guidance and a lot of helpful, practical tools. I love my work because I get to see clients experience incredible healing and growth.

I bridge traditional psychotherapy with holistic,mind-body methods for helping people of all ages. Play therapy is a powerful, experiential tool for assisting children. And for adults who choose a journey of self discovery and growth through life-changes I serve as a guide with a collection of resources.

In addition to private counseling sessions, I also offer instruction in relaxation therapy, meditation, aromatherapy, and yoga. My clients learn how to go beyond the stuck places and arrive at a new level of peace. Clients leave therapy with me with new life skills and a new outlook on life.
