Personal Statement

My area of expertise is couples therapy—helping those who have fallen apart to reunite. There are many reasons for losing that spark: affairs, life changes, individual needs, parenting, career issues, etc. My job is to help the individuals in a couple realize their special needs and communicate those with one another. I have a passion for bringing people back together!

I have training in both psychotherapy and spirituality, and believe that God is an important part of life. If so desired, I am equipped to provide therapy with spiritual guidance. Providing a safe and comfortable environment is one of my main objectives, so individuals can find the courage to find who they are and be who they are, within a couple.

I also have experience teaching and coaching on subjects, such as boundaries; emotional intelligence; Myers Briggs (personality typing); dishonesty; parenting; strengths-based leadership; and Hold Me Tight, a couples’ weekend workshop. Please, contact me today!
