Personal Statement

Making the choice to seek therapy is a very big, and sometimes intimidating, decision. I commend you for seeking help! I have been through marriage and divorce and therefore, I understand first-hand the complex thoughts and feelings that accompany those experiences. Witnessing how those experiences affected me and my family has led me to do relational work.

I see clients with a multitude of challenges. However, I find myself drawn to helping clients who are dealing with depression and/or anxiety. Dealing with these challenges can be very isolating. I'm here to join you in your experience and provide support and help towards relief.

I am a relational therapist which means that I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is very significant. Therefore, I work really hard with you to create an atmosphere that promotes healing.
