We all face challenges in our lives and sometimes need some extra help and support to help us overcome them. My approach is non-judgmental and focuses on accessing and building up your inherent strengths. I will partner with you in working toward your goals and to help you navigate through blind spots and areas of difficulty.

My approach is non-judgmental and focuses on accessing and building up my client's inherent strengths. I have experience working with people of all ages and in a variety of settings. As such, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, individualized to each client's specific situation.

I have experience working with people of all ages and in a variety of settings. I have worked in eating disorder, mental health and addiction programs, providing individual and group therapy. I also completed a Post-Masters Fellowship at UC Berkeley, where I worked with young adults struggling with self-esteem, relationships, addiction, academics, pregnancy, medical illness, eating, body image, career and stage of life issues. As such, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, individualized to your specific situation.
