Personal Statement

Over time, Linda has developed skills in treating families with parenting concerns and child development struggles. She has worked extensively with divorce recovery and grieving programs. Solution-focused, brief therapy has allowed Linda to see many hurting individuals and families over short periods of time with successful results. She will individualize plans to assist in the emotional treatment of pain, steps to reduce anger, recognize and deal with depression and anxiety and many other diagnosed mental health struggles. She sees many seasonal visitors that have been encouraged to continue ongoing therapy while here in Florida for the winter.

As a Christian I know that ultimately the only answer to all our concerns is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It didn't take me long, working in the public arena, to realize that leaving out God is a big mistake. I am glad that I can speak freely about spiritual matters as well as address the mental, emotional, and physical needs of those that meet with me.
