Personal Statement

Every person has the ability to transcend difficult times with innate abilities and strengths. Unfortunately, the challenges we face can seem too complex, and we can have a hard time seeing through to the other side. Through my experience and training, I have been able to guide and encourage people to use their individual assets to navigate their unique challenges. I can do the same for you—helping you see how you can use what you already have to grow and cope with life’s most challenging moments.

My specialties include anxiety, coping skills, and life coaching. I am interested in helping others find a cohesive balance among the body, mind, and spirit. By focusing on innate strengths, you can learn to cope and transition through a variety of difficulties, such as ADHD, anger, grief, chronic pain, divorce, weight issues, career choice, and more. I also treat individuals with a variety of more serious mental illnesses, including dissociate disorders, impulse control disorders, psychosis, elderly persons disorders, mood disorders, and thinking disorders.

I use a variety of techniques to provide therapeutic services to pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I serve the needs of individuals, couples, and families. Please, contact me to get started on discovering your strengths!
