Personal Statement

Maybe life isn't quite the way you pictured it would be, or perhaps you have relationship, school, or career issues. Have you tried to solve these difficulties yourself, or with the help of friends and family, only to find you're not getting to where you want to be? My goal is to provide my clients with a warm, safe, non-judgmental and empathetic environment in which they can explore the many facets of themselves, their values, and their goals.

If so, maybe it's time to seek help from a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist who can help you get "unstuck" and move towards a better future. I can help you turn your life around, empower you to set goals, make healthy choices, and move towards the future you envision and deserve.

My positive approach to therapy is to work from the perspective that if you feel a certain way, you are not alone; I guarantee there are many others that feel the same way. Don't despair; everyone has strengths they may not know about, but can learn to use. I have seen this philosophy lessen my clients' feelings of being alone, different, or broken, and bring about lasting positive change.

I truly believe in my clients. They have shown me time and time again the tremendous capability people have for resilience and growth. Even when your life seems to be at its darkest point, there is still the ability to change and thrive.
