Personal Statement

Kristin Stonesifer successfully treats individuals who have experienced various types of trauma, including military-related trauma, and couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties. As a results-oriented person, Kristin utilizes cutting-edge platforms that produce positive change for her clients. She prefers to help her clients discover and repair the underlying cause of a problem rather than offer surface "coping skills." For trauma, Kristin uses Cognitive Processing Therapy.
