I am a holistic psychotherapist and eating disorder specialist with over 10 years experience. I will help you become less 'stuck', tame your "monkey mind," and slow your racing thoughts about food, exercise, calories, and your body. I aim to re-connect you with yourself and develop healthy relationships with others. It can be transformative and powerful when we move out of our heads and drop down into our bodies. A holistic psychotherapy practice specializing in the treatment of intimacyand relationship issues, gender spectrum, as well as the treatment of eating disorders. Serving individual adults and couples.

Kimberly received her graduate degree from New York University (NYU). She received post-graduate psychotherapy and eating disorder training for the William Alanson White Institute in New York City, and additional sex therapy training at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia, PA. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association for Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).

Her professional and personal journey has led to a blend of Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy practices, mindfulness, compassion, breath and bodywork, mind-body techniques, and the creative healing arts when appropriate.
