Personal Statement

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified life coach. The reason I practice is to provide guidance to people struggling to find their way. I offer therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families.

In a non-judgmental and safe environment, I offer clients a place to talk about their stressors and conflicts. Through talk therapy, many people find clarity and are able to better identify their problems and find solutions. For couples, I encourage communication, openness, and positivity to combat silence, criticism, and negativity.

Life coaching is similar to individual therapy; however, the purpose behind this method is to achieve life goals. With the training I have received, I help clients maximize their potential, clarify their goals, and create a strategy for success. More specifically, I enjoy working with young adults to guide them toward positive and thoughtful decision making, regarding career, romance, or other important aspects of life.
