Personal Statement

I am excited to be offering online video counseling in my practice. As with in office therapy, you will receive services in a secure and confidential manner with the added convenience of no commute to see a therapist. I am a positive therapist utilizing cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies in my practice. I am ready to work with you toward your goals to make your future a brighter place.

I work with adults in the states of Indiana and Kentucky utilizing solution focused and cognitive behavioral modalities. I have had a wide range of experience including working in hospitals, managed care insurance companies and with the military. I currently am excited to be expanding my private therapy practice to include telehealth (online video counseling) services. Mental health therapy can now be received in the privacy of your home or office using HIPAA compliant technology to insure a client's confidentiality.
