Personal Statement

I believe it is a natural part of human nature to be resilient. That is, we have the ability to get through tough times and tough situations. We do the best we can at the time. Often times we need guidance with healthier coping skills and someone to listen with a nonjudgmental ear. I am here to go on that journey with the client as they begin to experience change and growth leading them to a more fulfilling life.

I utilize my training in family systems, couples, and individuals. From that I have an eclectic approach using a variety of research based therapies, depending on the clients needs. Some of these include Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness, along with others.

I am conveniently located in downtown Greenville in the Pettigru historic district. We are at the end of the street for privacy with parking up front or behind the building in lower lot.
