Personal Statement
I have found that in therapy, the individual has the opportunity to become more self aware, which can better serve the person to live more deeply, with more knowledge, and with more happiness. In therapy, the client has the potential to access the wisdom of the psyche, from which the individual can achieve positive changes in his or her life. Through being aware of patterns and habits of one's past, the individual can make transformations in order to be more mindful through one's life.
My degree is in depth psychotherapy, and I have worked with clients with a variety of life experiences. I provide counseling to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, and OCD. I am committed to helping individuals in a natural setting meet their mental health needs.
