Personal Statement

Jody is a licensed independent clinical social worker who provides psychotherapy services to people age teen-elders. Work with individuals, couples, families and groups. Expertise in depression, bipolar, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, anger management, grief, sexual abuse. Certified critical incident responder. Speaker. Certified Supervisor.

We are all human, make mistakes, or struggle with answers. We all encounter things that can get in the way of our happiness and healthy life functioning. We do the best we can.

I am continually amazed at what all of us have experienced, witnessed and survived. I believe all of us have the capability to change, learn new skills and say goodbye to old wounds. This is what excites me about therapy. I am honored and humbled to work with people who are willing to take a risk, a jump or tiny step with me.
