Personal Statement

I help people heal from the trauma of abuse, mistreatment, oppression, major illness, or other stressful experiences. I use short and long term methods including brief solution focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness. I use healing and recovery models of therapy that respect my clients' strength and potential. Therapy sessions with me are interactive, experiential ,and emotionally safe and empowering.

Some initial information you might need is that I work with adult individuals and couples. I specialize in helping clients recover from trauma. People come to me for help with issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, unresolved grief, and relationship concerns.
