Personal Statement
Jess believes that the greatest fulfillment and satisfaction in life comes from the alignment of ones actions and words with their core values. This is her definition of integrity and is something that she supports people in finding for themselves. In her work, she continues to emphasize an exploration of boundaries in all relationships throughout a client's family system.
With training and experience in both mental health issues and addictions, I specialize in assisting adults and adolescents with: improving mood, family of origin work, enhancing communication, healing from family substance abuse, integrating identities, exploring spiritual issues, and identifying core values as an anchor in difficult times.
My goal is to facilitate a nurturing process that is individually tailored to you and ultimately leads you both to a sense of empowerment and interpersonal connectedness.
