Personal Statement

Geraldine Sutton-Shores brings a unique perspective to her counseling practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her Master of Arts in Counseling is the capstone of years of experience as a teacher, an entrepreneur, and in the radio and television industry, all of which give her unusual insights into the human condition. Additionally, she has traveled extensively in the United States and abroad as a corporate trainer and consultant, which has added to her distinctive view of human interactions. Jeri brings her experiences, understanding, and compassion to her counseling sessions.

Jeri has a depth of experience in all trauma-related fields: PTSD, combat trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and trauma resulting from a dysfunctional family of origin. Jeri is a Tricare provider--very important for the Colorado Springs area.
