Personal Statement
I am currently accepting new clients seeking treatment for post traumatic stress, postpartum mood disorders and for new/expectant parents as they adjust to the many changes having a child can bring. I am trained and experienced in Prolonged Exposure therapy for the highly effective treatment of PTSD. I am a Certified Bringing Baby Home Facilitator by the Gottmann Institute.
Along with teaching workshops to new parents, I work with couples individually to address the changes impacting them. Jennifer is committed to provide quality mental health care throughout the greater San Diego area.
Jennifer established Positive Change Counseling Center in 2006 and continues to oversee the practice today. Jennifer is committed to hiring highly skilled, culturally competent clinicians to provide quality mental health care throughout the greater San Diego area.
