Personal Statement
Have you been feeling stuck in your life and unsure how to make a change? Is anxiety keeping you frozen and preventing you from having the relationships and connections that will enhance your life? Change is hard and it’s truly my privilege to share in your journey to have a life filled with less anxiety, deepened meaning, more joy, and relationships that are healthy and secure.
Sometimes we know things cognitively in our minds, but that doesn't translate to real change in our lives. You might know why you are a certain way, and you might even be able to tell yourself what you need to do to change, but it just doesn't happen. As an art therapist and psychotherapist, I offer an alternative way to help you access your instinctual patterns and to make outward shifts in your way of being in the world. Using art and also paying attention to what your body is telling you, I can help you find the tools to be happier and more connected in your life.
