Personal Statement

I love being a therapist and working with people. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. I offer a client-centered, strength based approach to mental health. I enjoy working with clients to help them improve their relationships and enjoy the most from life. I help clients identify their thinking errors and behavior patterns that are causing harm and standing in the way of them accomplishing their goals.

I have experience working with adults, elders and adolescents who face depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, trauma, family conflict , spirituality, and generational needs such as care planning, ect. I incorporate evidence based modalities and experiential modalities based on what the need is. My role is to assist individuals in anyway possible to improving their skills and help them function better in their day to day life.
