Personal Statement

A therapeutic relationship in which growth and change is supported. We all experience challenges in life that involve pain and uncertainty. I believe we are also blessed with unique capabilities and potential for healing. In the midst of whatever difficulties we face, we make choices which help move us toward greater wholeness, or choices which reinforce our struggle. We draw upon our wisdom when we recognize those times in our lives when seeking professional support, perspective and feedback is a choice toward wholeness. Is this one of those times in your life?

For over 20 years I have worked together with many individuals and couples in their process of improving their emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational health. I enjoy an eclectic approach, integrating strengths from various theorectical perspectives. In addition to traditional "talk therapy" I offer the options of EMDR, TIR (Traumatic Incident Reduction) and Hypnobehavioral Therapy.
