I do this by uniquely blending psychoanalytic understanding with behavioral work in an interactive and flexible style. My approach is informed by modern psychoanalysis, harm reduction, and behavioral therapy.

Forming genuine connections with people is the essence of who I am as a person and naturally extends to my relationships with clients. I bring openness, warmth, humor, and a profound ability to connect with others through the therapy process. I develop strong relationships with my clients as we explore feelings and interactions that emerge in our relationship to better understand difficulties experienced in life.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified psychoanalyst with over 19 years of experience, specializing in relationship issues, work difficulties, substance abuse and addictions, anxiety, depression and all other mood disorders.
