Personal Statement

I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist, working with adult individuals and couples to uncover behavior and thought patterns that may impede personal growth and wellness. This discovery can lead to great progress and healing, as the awareness can lead to claiming new skills and implementing them to achieve goals. With my professional experience, I can help you explore the patterns behind your current concerns and help you find a new way to enrich your relationships and develop as an individual.

Gender, orientation, race/ethnicity, and relationship status does not matter in my practice. All are welcome! Whoever is committed to improving their connection can benefit from psychotherapy and counseling. The issues that I am most experienced in treating include depression/mood disorders, anxiety, relationship conflicts, co-occurring disorders, post-addiction recovery, adult children of addicted parents (AlCoA), stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, and career/work concerns. I also work as a Prepare/Enrich Marital Counselor.
