Jan graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling Therapy from Temple University and a Post-Masters Certificate from the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center in Malvern Pa. Jan has been practicing for over fifteen years and specializes in behavioral changes in children, teens and young adults.
Jan spent over ten years working as a play therapist at Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia Pa. She specializes in the area of Chrones Disease and I.B.S. Jan studied under Dr. Sandra Klos, one of the leading specialist in Behavioral Therapy for children. She has spent the last three years co-facilitating week long workshops at the Esalen Institute in California running groups focusing on relationships. Jan is currently an assistant teaching a three year training course in Gestalt Therapy.
Jan provides therapy for issues on child and adolescents, depression, anxiety, divorce, trauma, self esteem and life cycle transitions. Jan offers daytime and evening as well as weekend appointments. She is a loving, kind therapist that respects her clients needs and goals.
