Personal Statement

Are you tired of trying the same thing over and over and getting the same results? Do you feel like you take two steps forward only to take two steps back? Do you ever feel overwhelmed and not able to deal with the world around you? If you answer yes to any of these questions, I am here to help you. I work best with a person who is motivated to help themselves, whether you are a teenager or an adult. You don't have to feel like your life is a roller coaster any longer; together we will find balance!

I can help you learn how to balance your emotions, and work on changing your negative thoughts. Together we will find what works best for you. My goal is to remind you that we have to take the time to take care of ourselves. I am like to be straight and to the point, I tell it like it is. I like to be serious, but also know how to have fun. I am someone who won't talk down to you, but talk with you.
