Personal Statement
I believe clients often understand their strengths, but may need help with certain areas of their lives. Many times people need to look at the challenge from a new perspective in order to find ways to improve the quality of their relationships or overcome a challenge. I have seen countless individuals and couples find that new perspective, and change the course of their lives.
I have seen many people suffer and struggle with ADHD. I do not think it is a disorder, but a different way to see the world. My passion is helping individuals, couples, parents, and those that love someone with ADHD find the positive side, and learn skills to deal with the negative side.
I offer support, education, and clear strategies for those affected by ADHD. Tapping into your current strengths is an effective way to navigate and thrive with ADHD. I also like to work with couples where one or both have been affected by this so called disorder.
I have been married for 32 years and have, with my husband, raised 4 boys. We have learned many things about ADHD as all 4 boys were diagnosed with ADHD at various ages. I would like to share with you what I have learned to make your journey a little easier.
