Personal Statement

I am a National Board-Certified counselor with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am also certified in Rapid Resolution Therapy with Hypnosis. In my work with my clients, I enter a collaborative, compassionate relationship aimed at identifying and overcoming the obstacles preventing them from living a purpose-driven life and utilizing their God-given talents and strengths to reach for their dreams and achieve their goals.

As I join together with individuals, couples, and families in our journey of growth, it is my intention for every time we meet that you receive something of value that can last over time. In my work with couples, both in couple sessions and in groups, I use scientifically tested principles to help marriages connect emotionally, resolve conflict and engage in effective problem-solving.

In my work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, a big portion of my days is dedicated to helping individuals who suffer from anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, phobias, and OCD. I also have experience in teaching and facilitating anger management in individual and group sessions, in person and online.
