Personal Statement

Everyone is capable of creating a life guided by their values. Your past, negative experiences, and unpleasant feelings don't create your life. You do. Live in the present moment and don't let your past define your actions today. The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental health issues diagnosed at the same time) and women's issues. I am also an Approved Provider for clients involved with the criminal justice system.

Now is the time to live fully in your life and not stuck in your mind. Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about your inner world and the impact on your outer world. Are you living the way you truly want to?
