Personal Statement

I have been providing psychotherapy to a variety of clients in the Bay Area for over five years with my private practice in Albany, California. I specialize in trauma, early childhood mental health, mood disorders, issues with attachment, and child-parent therapy. Working with clients as young as infants to adults, I work as a supportive aid to my clients, creating an individualized plan to meet their goals.

Using a variety of approaches, I offer clients psychodynamic, relational, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapies. Together, we can come up with a solution-based plan to meet any challenge you may face. Modalities of therapy I may implement include play therapy, art therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness, and a combination of a few or many.

My job is to help you identify the strengths that enable you to grow beyond your challenges. I provide services in English and Spanish.
