Personal Statement

There is no doubt that trauma from our past affects our lives today in negative ways. It is unfortunate we carried the garbage from our childhood into our adult lives and allow it to continue to cause pain. But is doesn't have to be that way. I want to assist you in learning how to drop the garbage bag and get on with your life. You can learn to be free of past emotional pain.

I am also certified in marriage counseling & sexual addiction. These addictions are rooted in past trauma/neglects, that in many cases, are subconscious. I want to help you understand "why" you behave in destructive ways. Together, we put you on a path to healing and help you get free of this painful addiction and at the same time repair your relationship.

We are passionate about helping individuals and couples who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed and have no idea where to turn.
