Personal Statement

As clinical psychologist and a marriage and family therapist I use an integrative approach to a broad range of personal issues. Tailoring each session to your specific needs and style I can assist you in discovering new and more effective ways of managing life's stresses, anxieties, and bumps in the road. I believe, and it has been well documented, that successful therapy depends strongly on a good relationship and bond between client and therapist.

I will work towards providing each client a safe and nurturing environment in which to explore the possibilities of change and growth that will foster a better life. I strongly believe that therapy should be client centered, demystified, flexible and transparent. My approaches, ideas, opinions and applications will be open and honestly discussed as a part of building the kind of rapport that fosters healthy growth.

The first step is the most difficult, let's talk on the phone and see where that step can lead for you.
