Personal Statement

I'm a relationship expert, and certified sex therapist with over 15 years of experience. If you're feeling overwhelmed or unhappy in your current relationship, struggling and/or dissatisfied with your sex life, or going through the grief of a divorce, separation or break-up I am here to help. Making the decision to seek help is the first step to having the life and relationship you want.

It is my belief that the challenges we experience in life can be a rich resource through which the process of growth can take shape. Therapy is a tool that helps many people move from simply coping and surviving to living an empowered and fulfilling life.

My experience and training as a Psychologist deeply and positively impacts my work as a coach. And my life coach training adds tremendous value to my work as a therapist. There are amazing benefits in the pairing of therapy and coaching that help people transform their lives to experience more freedom, love, passion, success and joy.

Many years of working with individuals and couples, as well as my own life & relationship experiences has increased my level of empathy, respect, and understanding in the many aspects and challenges of life transitions, love, loss, and relationship struggles.
