Personal Statement

The purpose of counseling is to create awareness in the self and build a strong foundation from which to heal and grow. At Tri Therapy, we strive to help teens, couples, and families find their way toward meeting their goals and maintaining control of their lives.

We specialize in helping clients create tools to better deal with symptoms and root problems that hinder their progress and create unhealthy patterns in their lives. Mental health issues that we can help with include depression, anxiety, autism, Asperger’s disorder, eating disorders, attachment disorder, bi-polar and other psychosis, schizophrenia, grief and loss, ADHD/ADD, oppositional defiant disorder, addictions, abuse, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

We also provide a myriad of services to encourage our clients to make healthy decisions. These services are for people struggling with choices regarding serious illnesses, adoption, gifted children, special needs, adolescent crisis, and other difficult challenges.
