Feeling frustrated in your relationship as though you’ve had the same argument too many times without getting anywhere? Or feel like you are just not comfortable in your own skin due to high anxiety, stress, chronic pain, menopause, infertility, spiritual restlessness.

I’m a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who teaches my clients how to tune into their bodies (Your body knows more than you realize!) so they can get unstuck, mend relationships, heal pain, feel whole and alive.

Make yourself and your relationships a priority! Life is too short to waste it being unhappy or frustrated. I have “power tools” that can assist most people in learning to contain emotion and create the life they desire quickly.
