Personal Statement

I am a licensed psychologist, Jungian analyst, teacher, and artist, with over 20 years experience as a therapist. I believe that most of life’s difficulties can be resolved through tapping into our innate strengths and utilizing resources from our entire being. People who come to my practice seeking help often find themselves lost or stuck, not being able to fully tap into their true potential. Some may need support to face painful experiences of the past. I can offer support and encouragement to find your way again.

I provide psychotherapy, with a focus on overall wellness, to a diverse population, particularly business professionals, couples, parents, artists, entrepreneurs, adolescents, and LBGT individuals. The approaches I use in my practice include solutions focused therapy for achieving unique goals, and depth psychology to help clients tap into innate resources and discover themselves.

Other areas of expertise I offer include dialectic behavior therapy, Jungian analysis, career and life transition counseling, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), LBGT issues, and relationship conflict. I am also available for team building and individual business consulting.
