Personal Statement

Hope, peace, and comfort are my aspirations for you. Together we will work through your challenges of today and I will be your advocate in helping you make decisions that will allow you to take your own next steps.

I have been working with individuals for over 20 years and employ a number of different methods, always in collaboration with my clients. At times this may entail deep work in healing childhood traumas, at other times cognitive behavioral methods or mindfulness to overcome anxiety disorders, and still others education and assistance in coming to a place of acceptance as well as healing of post-traumatic stress disorder after a current collision or head injury. Together we form a team to help you work through whatever life is handing you and come through to the other side. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe environment for you to heal whatever is causing you pain at present; and to engender hope, resilience, and peace for your future.

You do possess the strength to heal your heart and life, create what you want in your future, and own and enjoy who you are. My role in the end is to be a faithful partner to you as you make this journey and help you embrace changes and challenges to discover the depth of your heart, and the power of your spirit.
