Personal Statement
It could be a life transition that has you feeling lost, or you may find yourself stuck, repeating the same patterns and suffering from the same symptoms (anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, etc.). The fact that you have found this page means that you are ready to find relief, contentedness, and even joy, and I am so excited for you!
My mission is to collaborate with clients as they increase awareness of their inner and outer worlds, gain insight into their styles of relating, and increase capacity for expression of their authentic self. From our work together, clients create meaning, find purpose, and gain the vitality to conquer life's obstacles.
All individuals possess the innate ability to heal and grow, if only they can gain access to their internal resources. In order to help clients access these resources I utilize empirically proven techniques within an attachment-based, humanistic and psychodynamic framework. I am LGBTQ+ accepting and affirming.
