We provide solutions so that our clients change how they think, behave or respond to their problems. Your therapy will begin with a 1.5 hour comprehensive assessment to fully understand the context of your problem and identify exacerbating issues such as past trauma, physical health, family or origin issues and past coping skills. During the assessment, we will also identify the goals for your therapy. We want our clients to benefit from our time together. The therapeutic interventions provided, such as improving communication skills or reducing anxiety will drive the remaining sessions, which are to develop new skills to help you achieve a healthy mental state, improve emotions and enjoy meaningful relationships.
