Personal Statement

I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I also worked with people with physical disabilities and visual loss. I went into Private Practice in South Africa in 1987, while at the same time tutoring and supervising the dissertations of fourth year social work honors students at the University of the Witwatersrand, and lecturing part-time to fourth year optometry students on low vision at the School of Optometry in Johannesburg.
