Personal Statement
Hello, and welcome! I'm Dan Kimball, a licensed professional counselor, an ambassador of the Heroic coaching program, and the founder of Path4Change. My practice is dedicated to assisting you on your journey of self-discovery and helping you unlock your heroic potential.
At Path4Change, I am proud to offer a diverse range of services that cater to the unique needs and experiences of each person we work with. From professional counseling and coaching to holistic practices, I provide a comprehensive approach to personal growth and wellbeing.
Professional Counseling
In our counseling sessions, you'll find a safe and supportive space where you can openly explore your challenges and work towards meaningful solutions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring that the techniques and tools we provide have been proven to be effective in supporting personal development and transformation.
Heroic Coaching
My coaching approach draws from the science of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavioral science. Rather than fixing what's wrong, I focus on what is right, using the VIA Strengths Assessment. By leveraging your inherent strengths and abilities and aligning them with your goals, you can overcome obstacles, achieve personal milestones, and lead a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
My Approach
In my practice, I take a holistic view of mental health and wellness, focusing on integrating your mind, body, and spirit. Guided by this belief, I often blend practices such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki, Qigong, and Tai Chi as part of my services. Through these practices, you can regain balance, reduce stress, and increase you energetic and spiritual awareness.
I am also a Heroic Ambassador for the Heroic Public Benefit Corporation (2023), part of a transformative social training platform committed to enabling 51% of humanity to thrive by 2051.
