Personal Statement
I have been working with adolescents, adults, and families in the field of psychotherapy. My therapy style incorporates profound healing work with sensory integration, resiliency, and supportive connectivity to the neurobiology of the face, body, and brain.
Another area of strength is working with those that are also experiencing a crisis; either through an acute or ongoing trauma. Acute and developmental trauma can take on many symptomatic presentations, meaning I work quite often to help people better understand and reduce the frequency with which they experience anything other than the life they want for themselves.
I believe in highly individualized care and utilize multimodal integration for therapy and healing. All of that to say...I want to meet you where you are!
