Personal Statement
I work with people suffering from daily life issues, stress, anxiety, coping skills, and guide you toward finding that inner-peace which will assist you in coping with your daily life in a healthful way. My clinical philosophy lies in two basic concepts: keeping our thoughts on the present moment, and learning new patterns of thinking as a way to change our perspective. I work with you, as a guide, teaching you the skills needed for living a peace-filled life.
I am also trained in pastoral care, spirituality, and life coaching, incorporating these disciplines into a holistic and wellness approach, enhanced with cognitive-behavioral therapy.
