Personal Statement
The areas of my expertise include eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I strive to provide each client a practical solution for recovery based on psychology, education, and clinical approaches. My goal is to ensure my clients have received training and encouragement to face any challenges life may present, while in recovery.
My clientele base typically consists of complex issues, which may require case management, behavior modification, and family care. Often, I am in contact with other providers to ensure my clients receive a holistic and integrated approaches to therapy. These providers may include psychiatrists, nutritionists, gynecologists, and other medical professionals.
My skills and areas of expertise include Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse and Trauma. I received my M.S. from the Columbia University School of Social Work. I am also in private practice and have offices in both Westport and Fairfield, Connecticut.
I also work with clients concerning a range of other issues, including mental health issues, mood disorders, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, sexual identity and orientation, and relationship/family conflict. I may help you transition to a life of renewal and health.
