Personal Statement

The journey to wellness is different for everyone, and I am a firm believer that we can all find the way! The focus of my practice is to assist clients who are coping with problems in daily living, and who may be struggling with inner conflicts that are keeping them from reaching their full wellness potential. During sessions, we will work as a team to increase personal awareness, self-acceptance and acceptance of others. Together, we will identify goals for treatment, as well as strategies that will assist in overcoming potential barriers to obtaining an improved states of wellness.

I am a firm believer that all individuals are capable of making positive changes in their lives. The focus of my practice is assisting clients in coping with problems in daily living and dealing with inner conflicts which may be hindering personal satisfaction and functioning.
